2016<\/h4>

Anna Gkountoni is a licensed psychologist, graduated from the Department of Psychology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2017).During her Bachelor\u2019s studies, she did an internship in refugee structures, where she interacted with the children of the hotspots by doing games and activities, through the NGO ``ARSIS`` (2016).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2017<\/h4>

In 2017 she was admitted to the Master's Program ``Child and Adolescent Psychology`` at the University of Leiden, where she attended courses on Behavioral Therapy (BT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) for children and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for teenagers.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2017 - 2018<\/h4>

At the same time as the theoretical part of the training, there was also a practical application of the theory, working with children and teenagers (interviews with parents, administration of psychometric tools, sessions with children and teenagers). She obtained her master's degree in 2018.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2019<\/h4>

In 2019, she started the training program on Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy through the Hellenic Society of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (GACBP).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2020 - 2022<\/h4>

She has also worked as a child psychologist at Papafeio (institution for children) in Thessaloniki in the year 2020-2021, where she provided psychological support to the children. From December 2020 to September 2022 through the training program of GACBP she collaborated with University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki) as a psychologist at the \u201cCounseling and Support Center\u201d for students.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2022<\/h4>

Finally, from 2022 she works privately in her own office in the center of Thessaloniki.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
